Do I need prior Rhino or CAD experience?

No. Semester 1 — Entry-Level Rhino for Jewelers — starts from your very first curve and assumes no prior CAD experience.

Is the course self-paced?

Yes, within a structure. Lessons unlock in sequence: you complete each assignment and a working instructor reviews it by hand before the next lesson opens, so you move at your own pace but never skip ahead.

How long do I have access?

One year from the date of purchase. You can renew for another year anytime for $450/year — a flat rate that covers all the semesters you have purchased. Any Certificate of Completion you earn is yours to keep permanently.

What happens when my access expires?

Your lessons and videos lock until you renew, but nothing is lost. Renewing for $450/year restores access to everything you have purchased, and any certificate you already earned remains valid forever.

Do I earn a certificate?

Yes. After completing all lessons and passing the final exam, you earn a verifiable Certificate of Completion.

How are payments handled?

Tuition is a one-time payment per semester. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, taxes, and receipts.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided you have completed less than 20% of that semester's lessons. EU and UK statutory withdrawal rights are honored. See our Refund Policy for full details.
