Refund Policy
Last updated: June 2026. This Refund Policy applies to one-time semester tuition purchases made through 3DGoldsmith.
14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To qualify, you must have completed less than 20% of that semester's lessons at the time you request the refund.
If you meet the criteria, we will issue a full refund of the tuition you paid for that semester. Refunds are processed per purchased semester.
EU/UK statutory right of withdrawal
For EU and UK consumers, we honor the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. Because you gain immediate access to digital course materials upon purchase, you expressly acknowledge that the performance begins before the withdrawal period ends. If you have completed less than 20% of the semester's lessons, you remain eligible for a full refund under the same 14-day money-back guarantee described above.
When refunds are not available
Refunds are not available after the 14-day period from the date of purchase, or once you have completed 20% or more of the semester's lessons, whichever occurs first.
We also do not refund for account breaches, shared accounts, or purchases obtained through fraud or abuse.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email school@3dgoldsmith.com with your purchase details, including the email address used for the order, the semester purchased, and the date of purchase.
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
