Terms of Service

3DGoldsmith is an online professional training program in jewelry CAD and digital design, operated by CADCAMDesigns Corp. We deliver structured, instructor-reviewed coursework and issue a Certificate of Completion when a student passes a semester's final exam. Our certificates recognize completion of the coursework; they are not an accredited degree, diploma, or state-licensed school credential.

Tuition is charged per semester as a one-time payment. Current tuition is:

• Semester 1 — Entry-Level Rhino for Jewelers: $1,200 USD
• Semester 2 — Rhino Production & Ring Modeling: $1,400 USD

Purchasing a semester grants you lifetime access to that semester's lessons and materials for as long as the program is offered. Access is tied to your personal account and may not be transferred, shared, or resold.

Semester 2 requires successful completion of Semester 1 before enrollment. We reserve the right to update tuition for future enrollments; any price change will not affect semesters you have already purchased.

Lessons unlock sequentially as you submit assignments and receive instructor review. You may not skip ahead until the previous lesson's requirements are met.

A Certificate of Completion is issued when you complete all required lessons and pass the final exam for a semester. Certificates are verifiable through our public certificate-verification page. We may revoke a certificate if it was obtained through fraud, plagiarism, or account sharing.

All lesson videos, written materials, exercises, designs, branding, and software provided through 3DGoldsmith are the proprietary property of 3DGoldsmith or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view and use the materials for your own learning.

You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any course content. You may not share your account credentials, allow another person to access your account, or use the service to train, compete with, or replicate 3DGoldsmith's curriculum.

You agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• Harass instructors, staff, or other students;
• Attempt to bypass access controls, scrape content, or interfere with the platform's security;
• Upload malware, infringing material, or content that violates another person's rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud, or conduct that harms the platform or other users.

3DGoldsmith provides educational and professional training only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including employment, income, certification by a third party, or business success. Results depend on your effort, prior experience, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3DGoldsmith's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the semester giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or matters that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns and refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes that affect your rights will be announced by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
